MY CHILDHOOD

Hi, today I will talk about my childhood...

About my childhood I have very good memories, a good memory is food, meatballs remind me of my childhood, my mom prepared them cold days, because it was my brother's favorite food, this food was very rich. The music also brings back nice memories, the one I heard the most was "mi muñeca" of "31 minutos", my mom always sang it to me. Another special memory of my childhood, and of my life, is the perfume of my dad, "pino silvestre", because it makes me remember it and it makes me very happy.

About my first memories I do not remember them very well …

When I was little, one of the things I remember the most was my first day at school, when I entered kindergarten, because I was very excited, and I felt like a big girl. But one of my favorite memories was a Christmas, I think I had 5 or 6 years, my parents they marked in the yard a "footprint of the sleigh" of Santa Clous, for me it was very exciting and a nice moment that I still remember.

Something that since I was a little girl I like to swim, I learned when I went on vacation to the south of the Chile, to Villarrica, my brother taught me and we swam together all that afternoon. I also liked watching tv, my favorite serie was "the simpsons", I laughed a lot and watched them with my family.Besides watching TV I liked playing in the square that was outside my house, I had a good time and I felt very safe because all my neighbors knew me.

After remembering my childhood, I see that it was very nice, that I was very lucky with my family, friends and environment. I would like all children to have a nice childhood like mine.
Bye.

Personal opinion

Hi, todoy I will talk about my personal opinion relating to some topics, like  legalizing abortion, “barras bravas” (hooligans), tatoos and legalizing marijuana.

I think in relation to  marijuana what should be legal, is it shown that it helps with health, like people with cancer and autistic children, I also support its recreational use I think it has a negative connotation but it is not as harmful as alcohol or tobacco that are legal drugs , which harm the consumer and their environment.

About tattoos I think they are a beautiful form of expression, imposing and strong, because it is for life. I think the people who make them are brave and determined, because they hurt a lot. It bothers me the stigma that they have in Chile regarding tattoos, it is linked with delinquent or bad people and I do not really agree with that idea. Personally I have a tattoo and although I like it a lot I would not do another, because I hurt a lot haha.

Respect to abortion I totally agree that it is legal and not only in the three causes (rape, risk of the mother and fetal impossibility ), I believe that the woman must abort when she decides to do it and nobody should deny it, we should all be able to decide about our body. I would like that in the future in Chile there is free, safe and free abortion!

Finally about the  "Barras bravas" I think that they are not like the media show them, violent, irrational, masculine. I really like the theme of "barras", I like to go to the stadium to see the "U", I like their "barra", "Los de abajo" and I think all the bad they show on television is a lie, The worst of football are definitely not the fans, they give life to the game and the court. The real bad guys in football are those who want to own it, in Chile the anonymous societies, they damage football, the "folklore" and keep people away from stadiums, they don't know how to organize a club because football is not a company.

POSTGRADUATE STUDIES

Welcome to a new blog, today I will talk about a postgraduate course that I would take in the future...

Honestly I have not thought much about my future, I'm focused on doing well now.But now researching about postgraduate studies I found interesting one called "Graduate Diploma in Interventions updated with adolescents offenders of criminal law" of the faculty of social sciences of the Universidad de Chile. This diploma consists of two semesters, the first of general training on juvenile justice in Chile, and the second is specialized training where some models of intervention and evaluation juvenile criminal are evaluated.

I'm very interested in issues related to people deprived of liberty, they are people who are very discriminated and separated by society in various areas such as education, work, health, among others. This gets worse when we talk about children who are lawbreakers, I think it's important to help them, to support them to change,so that when they are older they do not go to prison.

I would like to work in Chile because I like to be here, with my family and at home, I also think that in Chile there are many problems to solve and I would like to help.

With regard to class I would like to study in person, come to the faculty and learn in the classroom, so I concentrate and learn more, I know my classmates and teachers better.
Bye, see you in next blog.

Pets

Hello everyone today I will talk about a topic that I love...

Since i have memory i have pets, the firt that i remember is Toro, the dog, and Runruna and Lucas, two cats, the cats of my life, they lived with me for about 16 years, almost all my life, lucas died in 2016 and runruna in 2017,and I miss them a lot.

I currently have a dog and three cats, very cute and special, I love them very much.My Perla dog is the oldest, is very special for me, She is 9 years old, she arrived when she was literally a baby, she had umbinical cord !!, maybe that's why we have such a special bond, because we had to raise her, we gave her a bottle, we were there when she opened her eyes and when her teeth came out. Perla has a very special personality, she is very expressive. I love that she is worried about my cats, she loves them, and she always knows when something happens to me, is the best partner,we sleep together, and she follows me everywhere in my house, even waits for me outside the bathroom.

Because of all this, it is very difficult to think about a life without her, It would be weird to get home and that she is not jumping, or waking up and that she is not by my side. We really love each other very much!.

When I see my dog so happy I also think of other animals that have another luck, that are sad and locked in zoo, which seems very bad and sad. I think that should change.

Bye.

MY FUTURE JOB

Hello everyone again, today I will talk about my future work...

Really now I don't have it very clear, it is not something that I think yet. But before join  the university, to study social work I imagined working together with people, delivering solutions and support.I would like to work here in Chile, in Santiago and preferably in Maipu, the commune where I have lived all my life, I would not like to travel a lot so as not to lose touch with people and always be able to support them.I would also like to work for government offices or non-governmental organizations.

Another area that I like, besides working in Maipu, is to work with people deprived of freedom or immigrants, I think they are very stigmatized areas that need help and support to overcome prejudices.

Related to the salary I do not have high expectations, I know it is relevant, but while doing what I like I don't care much. I would like to work from Monday to Friday, and work with my colleagues a good team.

Well, as they see it, I don't know my future very well, I like different things, what I really want to contribute in our society.

Bye see you soon.
